Repulsion Camel wears Faux Zebra

A loyal reader has pointed out to me that the more down to Earth, more authentic, more genuine Carmel Sepuloni aka Repulsion Camel was in fact today trying to out Westie the Minister for Westies Member for Waitakere.

The “more down to Earth, more authentic, more genuine” Repulsion Camel was wearing in parliament a stunning faux Zebra print top today along with a black cardy that would make Naomi Lange proud.

Surely if she was “more down to Earth, more authentic, more genuine” it would have been made of hand cured real Zebra skin hunted sustainably by African pygmies and bought at a Trade Aid store.  I don’t think that would have gone down to owell with the Westies more used to Leopard print, but then again wearing Zebra is appropriate because I understand Zebra are a Leopard’s favourite prey.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
