Finally an M.P. who gets it

The pity is that it is a Labor MP and not one of Phil Goff’s.

While Ms Keneally yesterday tried to play down the implications for the state poll in March, some within Labor fear it could be reduced to 15 to 20 seats in the 93-member Legislative Assembly.

One Labor MP said yesterday the problem was that “people think we’re crooks”.

Labour wasn’t helped in the Penrith by-election by it’s former member Karyn Paluzzano, who quit after she was caught lying to the Independent Commission Against Corruption.

That is an office we desperately need here, in order to restore faith in our systems.
