Kris Fa'afoi – Memories are Fake but Accurate

With Kris Fa’afoi’s constant mis-speaking it reminded me of the Dan Rather/CBS stich up of George W. Bush, an apalling piece of journalism that ultimately cost Dan Rather his job. The New York Time famously ran the headline:

Memos on Bush Are Fake but Accurate, Typist Says

It got me thinking. Since we know that Kris Fa’afoi met Richard Nixon we know he appeared in the 50’s and 60’s when he also met Elvis Presley. But did he meet that other liar of the era Dan Rather?

Perhaps like the Killian Documents, Kris Fa’afoi’s memories are fake but accurate?

I scoured Google images, and it turns out that he did meet Dan Rather, and with Richard Nixon no less as well. Three liars in the same room. I’m starting to believe that maybe Kris Fa’afoi doesn’t have a Tardis but is an immortal like in Highlander, never dying but popping up in history unable to be killed.

“And here we are, We’re the princes of the universe, Here we belong, fighting for survival, We’ve come to be the rulers of you all”

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
