NewsBites tonight at 10pm

I recorded NewsBites with Willie Jackson, Chris Trotter and Ella Henry this morning.

We are talking about the Foreshore and Seabed and the use of race based politics. It’s on at 10pm on Maori Television.

A hard-hitting current affairs series that probes the underbelly of the media and media makers. Hosted by the outspoken and often controversial Willie Jackson, he makes demands on our media and calls them to task in a way that hasn’t been seen on our network before. His style may not be to everyone’s liking, but he will do his level best to get your attention.

Fridays at 10.00PM

This is the same Ella Henry who resigned as a humans rights commissioner after it was revealed she misused her position to write to the cops claiming racism after they stopped her partner for a driving her car through a school crossing.

It’s interesting too that the link above to Henry’s AUT bio page makes no mention of her ever having been a human rights commissioner. I wonder why?

I guess it’s only a matter of time before that convicted criminal and ex-MP Donna Awatere is back on TV.
