Why haven’t Labour produced costings?

David Farrar has his top 10 reasons why Labour have failed to produce costings, but the hands down winner in the comments is this:

They still haven’t mastered the Excel function:

(for positive values of underpants).

Although the real reason is that due to fighting an asymmetrical war with a blogger. The campaign manager did not realise that he might have to justify spending promises. So didn’t find the time to work out how he was going to find the money.

The end result is that Labour’s campaign manager hung his leader out to dry.
