This guy is an obnoxious baffoon!

  • Shaun Wallis

Your Winston’s Wisdom series are a treat – keep it up!

  • Michaelharford

    Brilliant entertainment. Thanks Whale.

  • Hakim of phut

let me think who said the other policy promise ( before the votes were cast)
We wont increase GST to pay for our promises !!

    • Euan Rt

You need to change your diet nay-sayer, you are pouring crap out both ends. The point being made here is the lying, saying that it was never part of the policy. Are youj really Winston phut? You both have grandiose ideas of being a king.

      • Hakim of phut

        Which one is true :
“National is not going to be raising GST” – direct quote from JKand “GST is raised to 15%”

Its exactly the same situation.  A previous promise is ‘forgotten’

      • Euan Rt

Rubbish. National took a position and then on further thought changed it. Winnie claims his party never had a position on 10% GST. One is a change of mind – ever had one of those phut?- the other is a continued lie.

    • Troy

Diverting away from the blog topic seems to be your style, Trevor, and it shows your inability to analyse specific topics, Trevor, maybe you will learn something on your trip to the UK, Trevor.

Than for this Whale.  He is being a bloody nuisance in the House.  I used to think he justified his existence by being a clown.  But all he is doing is trying to get as much exposure as possible because he believes that all publicity is good publicity.

  • Georgedoors

John Key – “National is not going to be raising GST”

    • Troy

Missing the point – a party has the right to change their mind, just as you have the right to.  National promulgated the change and talked about it – Winston didn’t – he just denies everything that doesn’t make him look good.

  • @BoJangles

The deeper message is to immediately report to Area 51……

Make a right on Hope, left on Change then follow the signs to Happy Lane …..

  • Duncan

Agree with Shaun. Keep the Winston series rolling. He’s the funniest man in the House.

euan rt “national took a position then on further thought changed it” “hello” if it was labour you guys would be all over it screaming blue murder. now i’m the one having a good laugh.

    • Euan Rt

Yes you are correct. I for one would be all over it, just as labour (and I expect you) were all over this change of direction when it happened. But JK never stood up, like Winnie does in this clip, and categorically deny it was party policy.
