It’s not intelligent to pretend…you aren’t medieval

Colin Craig has done it again.

No – not make silly and ignorant comments about the sex lives of NZ women, or about gays wanting to show they love each other, but failing to authorise his political activities.

No sign of an authorisation on his website anywhere. I’ve taken screen shots in case he tries to update quickly to try and mislead the media.

You will recall that this was an issue I raised a number of times in the past.

So not only is Colin one to shove his feet firmly in his mouth for the amusement of the public, he’s also shown he’s not capable of learning from his earlier rulebreaking.

He’s also moved his office from the heart of Epsom electorate to a charming spot, a castle actually (check out 5 Triton Drive in Rosedale on Google Maps), not far from the sewage ponds at Rosedale. Fitting that he has medieval premises (to match his medieval views) next to a sewer pond.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
