Stupid Hekia is as Stupid Hekia does

Hekia Parata must be blessed with a special kind of stupid:

Education Minister Hekia Parata today announced the appointments of Pauline Winter and Andrew McKenzie to the New Zealand Qualifications Authority Board.

Ms Winter and Dr McKenzie will replace Shona Smith and Keith Taylor, whose terms have expired.

“Pauline and Andrew bring with them extensive governance experience. Andrew has a strong record of public service going back more than three decades, and Pauline has worked at a high level in the public and private sectors.”

Pauline Winter is one of the dirtiest lefties out there. She is the same Pauline Winter that is a virtually a card carrying member of the Labour party and was on Len Brown’s campaign team.

Len Brown also handed out a crony appointment to her as thanks for her efforts on his campaign.

Expect problems to start surfacing via Labour’s NZQA spokesperson who will get all sorts of convenient leaks, because that is how Labour rolls.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story. When he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet. Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet and, as a result, he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist who takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.
