3News Poll

3News released their latest poll and Labour’s go to man for flinging poo, Duncan Garner, had the cheek to keep mentioning John Key and an alleged brain fade but mentioned nothing of his own involvement in trying to stitch up the Prime Minister on a fake sting over the GCSB video that David Shearer and Fran Mold fed them. At least he wasn’t wearing is red tie this time.

Garner can’t run from that, he was involved front and centre in that sting, along with Gower. They should really apologise for that story.

Despite their best efforts though National continues to ride high in the polls, proving that most Kiwis see right through the media love affair with a fat German conman.

National: 48% down 1.8%
Labour: 33% up 2.2%
Greens: 10.6 down 0.6%
NZ First: 3.2% down 0.2%
Colin Craig’s Cult Party: 2%
Maori: 1.5%
Mana: 0.1%
Act: 0.1%

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
