Corporate whore and Chinese spy, Matthew Hooton, candidly describes, on Lynn Prentice’s hate speech blog, the day David Shearer was anointed as leader of the Labour party…and we all have Martyn Bradbury to thank for him being leader.

What I want Matthew Hooton to do though is release the video footage that was reported to have been made, my sources tell me, that shows David Shearer making a derogatory quip about David Cunliffe and Martyn Bradbury laughing insanely at the funniness of it.

David Shearer needs to come clean on this, he needs to tell us about the quip on the video. If the video now doesn’t exist that means Matthew Hooton must have maliciously deleted it.

They need to both come clean on this.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
