Will Colin Craig hold the Balance of Power?

Commenters about National’s strategic stupidity have included some Conservative party fanatics, who assure me that Colin Craig is going to decide whether John Key and Steven Joyce can maintain their power after the 2014 election.

I’m looking for readers opinions on this over the next few days to do a series of posts on whether Colin can get into parliament, and whether Colin will sell out on his principles for a ministerial post.

As always commenters should remember that this blog is interested in what is going to happen, not whether it should be hostile to Colin or any other politician. This blog is hostile to any politician that does anything stupid, no matter what party.

This includes people in National who are either useless or inept. If you want to read a sycophantic blog read The Standard.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
