And what exactly are your qualifications as an MP Cathy?

It is genuinely amusing when a Member of Parliament questions the suitability of people to do a particular job, especially when they are Scum List MPs!

University life would not keep Catherine’s attention and she left Victoria half way through her BA.

Now, I have nothing against people that drop out of University and go on to be successful anyway.  But when you assume a position of righteousness by criticising someone else not having formal qualifications for a job, you really just have to shut the fuck up and let the adults do the talking.

She must really know a lot about mining having been a miner.  And education, having been a teacher.  And Te Tiriti, being a Maori.

Oh hang on, no, she’s not.

She holds down a job where she is a spokesperson on the Treaty of Waitangi, and yet she isn’t Maori.

On what basis does she call out Susan Devoy for not having a “background”?

  • spot on…some people open their mouths before putting their brain into gear in the hurry to get their 30 seconds of fame.. I suppose the lady is rushing off to make sure she sees herself on the 6 o’clock tv news.

    • Mr_Blobby

To qualify as a green you must have never worked in a proper job, and look like a bus has run over you.

      • Dave

Ms Delahunty has suitable very qualifications then!

      • Cadwallader

And: In her case be “married to a mountain!” Nothing else would marry the creepy bitch. I despise her and her Greenie loser mates.

      • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

and cry “give my flag back”…I hate that loser Norman like hell

      • “and look like a bus has run over you.”

or in Russel Norman’s case, look like you were left out int he sun too long

  • unsol

“….but when you assume a position of righteousness by criticising someone else not having formal qualifications for a job, you really just have to shut the fuck up and let the adults do the talking”

Well said. Sure degrees come in handy sometimes, but being personable, able to work well with others & having a good work ethic are not things that a bit of paper teaches you.

The stupidity of some MPs, especially on the left never cease to amaze me. It’s like the only ones who can’t see their blatant hypocrisy is them.

I’m pleased this lady is not educated as I would be pissed that our taxes subsidised such a dumb ass.

    Harsh I know, but true.

At least Susan Devoy was the top of her field in something.

Delahunty doesnt look like she has achieved anything in all.

Hmmm, she’s definitely someone we should nominate for invisible annoying waste of space eh Cameron…if she wins she can at least say she is a ‘winner’.

  • Mr_Blobby

I like that “shut the fuck up and let the adults do the talking”. She falls into the category of so stupid she actually thinks she is smart.

  • Troy

Another Green Party hippo sucking out of the public trough. Let’s call her to account then. On what basis does she pretend to be a representative of the people when she can’t even win an electorate seat… set aside the party vote crap that MMP has forced upon us, Delahunty continues to vomit loonie green policies upon us without any qualification to do so, unfortunately she will be back again due to the stupidity of those citizens short of a bit of grey matter than continue to vote Green.

  • StupidDisqus

She’s not an MP. She’s a “List Bludger”. That’s all she ever is.

Why Key continues to tolerate list MPs in parliament is beyond me.

Take urgency, and throw the unelected c*nts out. Have a snap election for the current 62 general seats – national will win at least 40 of ’em.

And think of the money we save.

    • Mr_Blobby

Good idea stupid, only problem is that we have already had that vote and NonKey supported the status quo.

      • StupidDisqus

We had the referendum. Nobody’s ever tried to undo the entrenchment and just override the electoral act (or get the GG to use his reserve powers).

In the midst of a massive industrial dispute, when all teachers unionists have been fired, most state schools closed, and a bunch of teachers & picketing leftist parents wounded or killed by “special constables” then it would be pretty clear extraordinary measured were required

  • Steve R

Her profile said “she was first elected into parliament ”
But not one soul jnr this country voted for her !!!!!
The bipshits voted to save trees and because they think the Green Party cares about them and New Zealand. News flash !!!!! Any party that advocates printing money certainly dosnt have your best interests at hart.

    • Cadwallader

Steve: You say what we’re all thinking.

  • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

I hope Kiwis see through the calibre of their 2014 ministers and start to panic a bit now….otherwise we will be the Banana Republic of the South Pacific for the next 9 years

  • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

Good to see the Herald-Digipoll result. Sheep’s party had a lift, but mainly at the expense of the toxic Greens and Winnie the Poo. If Emperor has any iota of brain left, he needs to ensure that Winnie the Poo doesn’t cross 5 percent. I am also predicting the toxic Greens and Winnie’s party will start to disintegrate if they can’t sit in the treasury benches in 2014. That will be a blessing for NZ!!

  • maninblack

fuck I hate the greens- pack of cunts.

    • Dumrse

      What about Len ?

      • Sponge

  • Steve R

I’m also a proud kiwi. And there’s no reason Susan Devoy Won’t perform well in the job. It’s a shit job but as I understand it has strict guidelines .

    • Sponge

Did you mean “It’s a bullshit job”?

  • LesleyNZ

Dame Susan has brought up 4 boys. That surpasses ANY qualification.A commonsense mum will make a good race relations commissioner. Stupid Cathy.

    • GregM

      Well said Lesley.

    • sadu

And she ruled the world at squash for fucking years. You don’t do that without having loads of personal drive and enthusiasm.

  • geoff3012

My god she has been given a king hit with both the stupid and UGLY stick

    • Sponge

Yep – not even with yours…

  • Mr Sackunkrak

That’s rich from a batshit crazy hippy who sung about rooting mountains or somesuch on her first day in the “job”.

  • worksux

god I hope thats her passport photo, No other way she could look that butt ugly.

    • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

I have got the contract to photo shop her face to make it look like Angelina Jolie folks….

      • kohibruce

Just make sure there is no penalty clauses in that contract otherwise Steven Joyce will have to pick up the pieces

        • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

I think I may insert a bonus clause if I end up making her look like aunty Helen (before the photo shop) or Socialist Cindy…..

      • Cadwallader

        That’ll take you years…

      • AnonWgtn

Whale’s picture of her IS Photoshopped.

  • Why the fuck do we even need a bloody “race relations commissioner” for any way…? All they have done so far is piss people off and cause more division with their PC wanking on about bullshit.

    • spollyike

Anyone that chose OTHER on the census and wrote New Zealander needs a race relations commissioner like Devoy right now. Some common sense, non-PC attitude, we hope, or we’re all Fucked.

  • Phar Lap

Green Party consists of black and white trailer park trash.

  • Steve (North Shore)

As Minister for Mars she does have some credit. There are no cars on Mars – the Public Transportation is huge. When you see Mars through a telescope, the lines you see are motorways for marspods, and when the line stops that’s when the marspods go underground. We see nothing, the underground is humongous on Mars.
Catherine is here to educate us

    • kohibruce

Maybe we could send Len to Mars to study the martian transport system? (Business class travel of course).

  • its been a week of hypocrites from the left, aint it.

  • Secret Scrote

What qualifications? Well enough people voted for the party whose list she was on to afford her a seat in the house of representatives.

That means there are a substantial number of people in nz who have decided that she can speak for them.

You don’t have to like her, but that’s democracy. Love it or leave it.

    • StupidDisqus

It’s not “democracy”. It’s mob rule communism.

Which part of “no representation without taxation” don’t you understand.

If the 5% of Kiwis who are nett taxpayers had the votes they deserve, ACT would be the pathetic left wing opposition party the NZ’s government would be an actual right-wing government – in perpetuity.

  • Mishi

Formal qualifications do not prepare people for what they do. Practical experience is the thing that does the job in the end. That experience may be on top of the formal quals or it may be a long time gathered. Without the practical experience you may as well use some degrees as toilet paper. I can say this I have 2 of them! I am pleased to have had the education however my life experience and (all of the tough experiences the most) have been the basis of what I value more.
