Ahh, but do they get Sky?

    • Yes, they walk outside and look up.

      • Lion_ess

And I’m sure they’re much smarter for that, than looking at the other Sky.

Guarantee they produce better meals from their shipping containers, than our bludgers do. The too fat – too stoned – too drunk, can’t be bothered parents that send their kids to school without breakfast.

looks like a scene from the film….”I Robot”.

    Shipping containers make great units

Housing NZ should get a heap of old containers and set them up next to rubbish dumps etc. They can be fitted out with a vandal proof prison style toilet/basin and a simple vandal proof cooker with a ‘glo-bug’ meter in a steel box. Ideal for those who do not like paying rent, damage their rentals, upset neighbours, etc.

  • Looks like what is described in Snow Crash. Sounds good for cheap accommodation.

Actually think about it – Housing NZ could supply these for the welfare dependant jobless masses. Then when a demand for workers arises in a particular area these containers could be shipped/trucked/trained to the location – never again would we have to hear “there are no jobs where I live.” 1000 of these c/w in situ worker in Christchurch would solve all our problems. God knows the place could do with some fresh meat to widen the gene pool.
