Quote of the day – from leftie shill Wendyl Nissen

On Mike Hosking, with Jeremy Wells, this morning (about 8.15am) Wendyl Nissen was talking about David Shearer’s memory hole and had this to say:

Wendyl Nissen: “Fifty thousand’s NOTHING!”

Shows how much the left are in touch with Waitakere Man and the rest of New Zealand.

Wendyl Nissen thinks $50,000 is nothing…but was it $50k or was it higher? It is now a matter of quantum…Shearer has already intimated it was over $100,000…is that nothing too?

Nissen is pure comedy. She’s a reliable stream of hilarious idiotic comments of which that is a great example. I really don’t know how Hosking and Welles stop themselves from laughing out loud.

  • Phar Lap

Chicken feed to her ,her being a chicken farmer. Not forgetting a total Lie-bour Party sycophant and a verbal diarrhoea pest always talking ****.She is as counterfeit as Shearer,a fraud.Rumour has it she was dumped, just like Sue Bradford, from the commie green party, as being even thicker than them.

    • Gazzaw

Her chooks got their beans from a local Jack Russell, The neighbours aren’t complaining.

  • Middleagedwhiteguy

Great. I’ve a little favour to ask you, Wendyl. I’d like to ask for a small donation……it’s nothing really……

  • LesleyNZ

Tell that to the starving Auckland families.

    • unsol

Now that is a very leftie comment Lesley.

I would, but only to say that they too could have $50k to forget about it they kept their legs closed, or at least used contraception & cut their cloth to suit their budget rather than doing whatever & expecting the taxpayer to pick up the tab.

  • tarkwin

She was probably quoting from left wing mnaual on how to run things, I think it’s called Animal Farm.

  • Roflcopter

    She’s such a ditz

  • Never in the dark…..

If it were nothing perhaps she’d consider parting with 50g in this general direction, as I could surely make it qualify for a better value.

  • In Vino Veritas

There is a reason that very wealthy people get that way. They care about their money. I have met and had business dealings with several extremely wealthy NZ’rs. If I managed to lose $50K for any of them, they would not be happy campers. $50K is indeed something. Socialism propagates the myth that certain amounts are just “pocket change” to the wealthy. Nothing could be further from the truth. People like Wendyl Nissen quite simply have no idea.

Wendyl is one of these chardonnay socialists who sit in the caff’s, talking shit all day. They moan about politics and the injustice in the world and claim it’s all so unfair. Having filled their days with chardonnay and coffee the waddle off home, pleased that they have done their bit for humanity.

    • unsol

Hehe so very true…..while the right wing jump on WO & bitch & moan here….hmmm, arguing that could lose us leverage.

      • Captain Crab

Arsehole is one of these chardonnay know it alls who sit in their house, talking shit all day on blogs

    • tarkwin

Sounds like my Fridays but you forgot to mention the pub.

  • Patrick

Stupid hippie bint – why is she even given air time is beyond me. NZ must be desperate.

  • Shadiness

How does Wendyl know it’s $50,000 – all we know is that it is at least $50,000. Judging by David Shearer’s interview with Duncan Garner the other day, it seemed he was too embarrassed to divulge how much, otherwise he would have just come out and said – look its $50,000 or a little over. He wouldn’t (and didn’t have to) – just comparing it to being considerably less than the National Members’ worth…

David Shearer did manage to remember to declare it to IRD for the last 4 years. He also did remember to declare his UN pension fund in his parliamentary declaration – so he knew that he had to declare overseas investments. This was not overlooked or forgotten – it was most definitely a deliberate omission on David Shearer’s part. So why own up to it now…?

“Wendyl Nissen thinks $50,000 is nothing…but was it $50k or was it higher? It is now a matter of quantum…Shearer has already intimated it was over $100,000…is that nothing too?”

That’s the real problem isn’t it: it wasn’t that he just ‘forgot’ to declare this money in the PI for 4 years despite declaring the money to IRD, but that it wasn’t just $50k. It is unlikely to be $50,001 & is more likely to be in the vicinity of $100k or more.

No one forgets $50k or more, especially not the person who has that kind of spare money just sitting around. As anyone who has a couple of beans to rub together knows, they only reason why you are able to accumulate assets & savings is because you keep track of every damn cent coming in & going out.

This man is complete bullshit. He is swimming in a sea of it.

  • NZ Groover

Poor Wendyl, having to face the ugly face of poverty everyday from her local cafe in Grey Lynn. Fucking fraud.

    • Gazzaw

Yes, it’s a crying shame. Just the royalty cheques rolling in to subsist on and the all too regular top-ups from ZB. It’s tough out there being a yuppy in the Peoples Republic of Grey Lynn.

  • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

Folks- I have been repeatedly telling you guys that 50K is small change for coffee. Now the Windy Nissan has confirmed it. Don’t try to beat this up. Sheep has pressing issues to solve. In fact he is the one who is running the country now with his innovative ideas and policies.

  • Nicknows

and she gets paid for coming out with this sort of cobblers.

  • Nicknows

Then again…Jeremy has just got back from skiing in Aspen and Mike drives a Maserati maybe 50 grand is small change to these three.

  • Lion_ess

Lemon juice, vinegar & baking soda. Sour + sour and full of air – there’s Wendyll Nissen for you.
