David Shearer supports North Korea and would side with them if it came to war and he was the Prime Minister of NZ!

Shearer-Korea

We have fought and died in Korea before to protect the South. Of course if there is a war we should support a democratic country against a despotic country.

David Jong-shearer  should just shut up, he is more used to hiding behind blue helmets than wearing one.

North Korea is a rogue nation and bullying of neighbours cannot be tolerated.

Remember folks there are 6311 people who follow Sheep Shearer. How many follow John Key eh? Sheep is a peacemaker bros.

  • David Shearer must have forgotten the secret briefing that Keith Locke gave him about North Korea and Kim Jong Un, where Locke told him what a wonderful chap Kim Jong Un is. Perhaps he put his briefing notes in the same place as his Chase Manhattan bank statements…

  • It’s so tiring. John Jey does or says something, or fails to do or say something. Shearer and Norman take the opposite view, and if appropriate call for an inquiry.

What sort of unimaginative opposition politics is this?

They end up contradicting themselves all the time. There is no cohesion in the approach.

They truly stand for NOTHING. The only thing they do is be against whatever Key supports, or support anything that Key is against.

I yearn for an opposition that THINKS and a Media that calls them out on their playground political strategies.

  • Phar Lap

Like i said last week John Key did a silent fart .FFS dont tell the MSM ,or “Shonky Shearer” or “Chuckle head Norman”,before the day is out his silent fart will be an explosion, and a please explain by all the crazy wild eyed light weights.

  • johnbronkhorst

Strategic master stroke by Key…. He shows allegiance with Australia and USA regardless of outcome (there hasn’t been any fighting yet mr shearer{fool}) in China while China are distancing themselves from North Korea ie no negative ramifications re China for us. Mean while buying HUGE brownie points with the Aussies and yanks, regardless…if there is no fighting…..we are seen as supportive, if there is fighting we still get to define our level of support…..Like I said masterful diplomacy.

    • Ronnie Chow

Millions of starving Korean refugees , the Chinese cannot handle.
They will play this .The chess game continues.

    • Patrick

Quite brave of JK to come out indicating support for South Korea (& therefore USA) while a guest of North Korea’s biggest ally. His political stocks must be very high with the Chinese for him to feel he can do this at this time & not damage the NZ China relationship.

  • tarkwin

A strong democracy needs a competent opposition, and what do we get? Hand wringing socialist tossers who are so impotent all they can do is lamely bleat for an inquiry. I’m with you on this one Petal.

    • Ronnie Chow

So , do we have the nearest thing to a perfect Government right now ?

      • Yes – all National governments are perfect.

        • Ronnie Chow

And half the population doesn’t realize this ?

  • johnbronkhorst

I didn’t know sheepy was related to Chamberlain?

    • Patrick

with the crap he speaks I suspect he is more closely aligned to chamber pot.

      • Ronnie Chow

        Full or empty?

    • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

I really want to know whether 6311 people follow John Key….

    • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

      ooooooops……79,806 people like John Key…..something wrong somewhere….

  • BJ

If his allegiance is with North Korea then perhaps he better send them his CV for handing out food parcel to their despots starving constituents.

  • Phar Lap

Same as Goff allegedly supported war with Israel by Hamas when he give Yasser Arafat a hug ,and $500,000 NZ taxpayers money,to buy weapons and guns.Liebours policy is anti America, anti Israel pro North Korea.Let us not forget didnt Winston Peters visit that Lie-bour supported stronghold,a while ago.

  • Overseas slush funds, hypocrisy (Mighty River Power shares, big time property investor etc), incoherent way of talking…and now support for North Korea!!
We DESPERATELY need Shearer as Labour leader in 2014 and he seems to be doing everything to get the sack dammit!
David – I know you secretly read Whaleoil (like secretly want to buy Mighty River Power shares) so when you read this please, please PLEASE never say anything again until 2 weeks before the next election.
We need you for a 3rd term David and being the sole supporter of North Korea in the entire World may start people asking questions.

  • Anonymouse Coward

The Korean War is a United Nations Police Action under Security Council Resolution 83. The war has not ended, only a ceasefire is in place.

It will be interesting to watch how those internationalists in the Labour Party who say NZ troops should only be deployed under a UN mandate handle any shootin that Young-un starts.

  • David Broome

Cam you could not put it better.

If Adolph Hitler was around today Labour would sit on the sidelines and the Greens would oppose war. What Key said was right on the button.. South Korea is a mate but the North is something from World Police.

Man-o-man has Labour slipped into the abyss, maybe someone ought to remind him of what MIchael Joseph Savage said in 1939 declaring war, “With gratitude for the past and confidence in the future we range
ourselves without fear beside Britain. Where she goes, we go; where she
stands, we stand. We are only a small and young nation, but we march
with a union of hearts and souls to a common destiny”.

    • Ronnie Chow

      Well written.

    • It should also be noted that after WW2 everyone on the National party side of the House had been either in Parliament or in the military, whereas on the Labour side no one did their bit – Norman Kirk being the biggest coward of all; the Labour people stood back, let their mates get killed, and lived to tell the tale with weasily excuses.

      • le sphincter

Really . Sid Holland a war veteran ?.
As for Big Norm, he was found medically unfit.
And his life was eventually cut short

        • During WW2 Norm Kirk was apparently fit enough to bike from Auckland to Paeroa at weekends to visit his girlfriend, and fit enough to ‘breed’ yet conveniently unfit for military service. Oh please – he was simply a gutless coward (like all socialists)

          • Gazzaw

Kirk had plenty of guts MK. Only problem was that they hung over his trousers and that was the main reason as l’arsehole states that ‘his life was eventually cut short’.

          • Oh I thought he was murdered by the CIA? (or was it MI5?) haha or whatever looney conspiracy theory socialists believe.

        • Gazzaw

Yes, l’arsehole Sidney Holland served with distinction in WW1 with the Royal NZ Field Artillery. A lot more distinction than the labour conchies.

        • Goldie

le sphincter – as usual, you are a proven liar. Sid Holland fought on the Western Front in WW1.

    • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

Labour is on the rise bro – watch out for the polls in the next few weeks.

  • Patrick

Locke would have written his notes on a hemp leaf, someone else within the Greens decided to dry it out, roll it up & smoke it. Therefore no notes exist, everyone is stoned so cannot remember the details. But Shearer has extensive knowledge in the theatre of war so we need to stop, listen & rely on his unique & extensive knowledge. Or we could tell him to shutup & stop being such a cock.

  • Travis Poulson

Give him a Lee Enfield .303 and send him to North Korea.

  • Michael

I don’t know about Shearer, but North Korea has weapons of mass destruction, a delivery system that is capable of killing millions in countries friendly to NZ (and would include kiwi expats and tourists), and an unbalanced leadership making delibrate provocations including clear acts of war like the shelling of civilians in a neighbouring country. Hell, even the Chinese are so worried about North Korea to the point that it sounds like they’re going to cut them loose.

    • le sphincter

      You are really niave.

Comrade Kim doesnt fart without Beijings say so.-
of course the US would halt Chinese trade in heartbeat if the Chinese directly pulled the same stunts.

After all why bark when you have a pet dog ?

And when the mad dog is calmed down we all thank the Chinese… how convinient

In fact John Key. We know hes in China to report on how its all going now the NZ government is milking Chinese cows on chinese farms here.

      • Patrick

So why didn’t you pay the $210 million to Westpac for the Crafer farms?
How do you identify these Chinese cows being milked in NZ? Do their eyes look different?

      • Pissedoffyouth

If you still think the US is the number 1 superpower in the world you are being 50 years behind.

Key doing trade deals with China is only a good thing for NZ, go back to the xenophobic creampie your sperm crawled out of.

  • These posts just make you look like an idiot Cameron.

    • Peej

…And most of these posts are evidence that many who left school years ago are illiterate. To draw a conclusion which is the title of this discussion from the quote from Shearer, is functional illiteracy.

    • dianne65

Louis, it is you that looks the idiot. Cameron knows what he is talking about.

  • JasonM

Talking of Prime Ministers, would you dare do a post on Thatcher and beat DPF to it? He would never forgive you!

  • Troy

Yup, Shearer just demonstrating (yet again…) what a fuckwit he is. Do labour supporters really like him that much… i wonder (Meg does of course as she is a left wing twat who thinks the sun shines out his ass).
