Not just the Greens, Shearer breaking the law too

It’s not just the Greens that are breaking the law… so is Labour/Shearer…

The potential breaches are again scattered through Labour’s facebook material.

I’m quite keen to know whether Parliamentary Services now thinks it’s OK to have a ‘Vote Message’ associated with the Parliamentary Service crest.

Or is this another case of a political party knowing that they will never be prosecuted for breaches?

Why do we even have electoral acts if no one ever gets prosecuted. It seems it is a free for all now.

“Not just the Greens, Shearer breaking the law too”

Careful …you could shock me into an early grave, surely not…both the greens and labour….corrupt you say?

Please…bail me out this fake outrage is tiring I can’t keep it up any more. This has happened so many times we are becoming hardened to it.

This isn’t an electoral law matter, it’s a parliamentary spending matter. And as the Auditor-General showed, repayment can be asked for.

I bet if National or ACT breached it, the media would be all over this.

Yes, that is so true. But people need to understand Labour and Greens are above the law. These are minor matters. Time to move on bros.

Question is… .who is actually the watchdog? If there is one, who are they watching? And if they are watching, are they doing their job in terms of the law?

Thought you’d caught Shearer out – thought wrong. Meka wasn’t announced as a candidate until 25 May. Post on 23 May would have used a different profile picture.

    Nice try…
