Desperate & Broke

Seems Trevor Mallard is spending his own money on internet advertising.

Mallard Sponsored Power Ad

The sponsored ad does not feature a crest – so means Trevor Mallard must be paying out of his own pocket.  Either that – or he’s yet again breaking the rules.  I think I can guess which it is.

And given that Labour pushed up power prices by more than 60% when Trevor was last a Minister – the desperation is clearly setting in.

Hipkins has been leaving “information booklets” at rest homes.
Paid for by Parliament (with the logo), with most prominent thing on the cover being a photo of him and his contact details.

    • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

I didn’t know we had a toilet roll shortage in our country?!?!?!?

      • Maybe we can get a bulk lot from him and ship it to Venuzuela

  • Never in the dark…..

I’d say both, but he’s likely got someone else to pay for it.

If it walks like a …..*yawn*

There should be a law prohibiting people with criminal convictions from standing for parliament. Mallard is scum.

    • johnbronkhorst

But labour would just change that law (should they get in) making illegal activity legal (if you are a labour MP).

  • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

Sorry bit of a digression…breaking news – Economic wizard and very respected Economist Minty Minto explains why Jaffas should vote for him. If any of you reading this go mad instantly, Cullen won’t be held responsible…..

Mana’s solution is free and frequent buses and trains with free WiFi, which would all cost less than half the proposed spending on big roading projects. Most importantly, it would deliver gridlock-free travel in less than 12 months. No rates increases, no extra fuel taxes, no road tolls.

Mana will also ensure Auckland City leads the way with liveable wages through ensuring every council employee and every employee of a council contractor is paid a minimum of the living wage – currently $18.40 an hour – again without increasing rates.

So is he still dancing with the fairies, at the bottom of the garden??
He’s not exactly the brightest light, on the Christmas tree!!

      • LabTested

Free WiFi is pretty standard in many places in europe. Any town that does not give free WiFi is a bit backward, National Express buses in the UK have free WiFi, even Emirates lets you have WiFi ($2.50 for a 18 hour flight). So there is absolutely no reason that it should not be on Auckland buses & trains.

Why would someone drive to work when they could be reading WO on the Bus

    • mallard the duck

Oh you forgot one important thing –Free lunches as well when you vote for me….

      • AnonWgtn

Who said that ? Len to his South Auckland voters – more KFC like last time.

    • Col

That Shit they smoke must really work.
Council meet, “joints all round then” ? ‘Peppermint tea anyone”?

    • Bad__Cat

“Free” buses is just socialist bullshit!
      It means Ratepayer funded buses.

      • Sponge

Too fucking right. Nothing is EVER free. Someone always has to pay.

  • IWantToBeLikeMallardOneDay

He really wants that cabinet minister’s salary so he can build a new veranda on his house in Khandallah…

    • pukakidon

Yes he represents the shit of Wellington. But lives with the Rich Pricks. Hypocritical Trev would never be seen hob knobing with the Lower Hutt Scumbags.

      • IWantToBeLikeMallardOneDay

He’s a would-be-if-he-could-be. The Hutt’s perfect representative. Their leviathan, aka, the Pleb Tribune.
