Let’s blame the hot soups and lack of physical activity due to the cold weather. But if we didn’t have Lofty on the team, we’d be collectively going backwards by now. Heh.

    Whale Oil – Keep up the good work. Here is a good tip for you to lose weight. If you eat a heavy breakfast, a medium lunch around 2:30 PM and skip dinner completely, you will lose weight rapidly. Adding a 30 minutes exercise daily will help a lot too…..

        Yes very hard to keep up this with the lifestyle and the work-life balance struggle we all try to maintain! If we cannot skip dinner then the best way is to make it as light as possible and as early as possible…
