Green taliban now exploiting NZ’s woes

The leader of the Green Taliban, Australian and committed communist Russel Norman is desperate to be involved in the Fonterra issue.

So much so that over the last day he’s lodged 13 Written Questions to the Minister for Primary Industries Nathan Guy and Minister for Food Safety Nikki Kaye.

Here’s but 5 of them.

Problem for Norman is that a number of those questions relate to the Ministry for Food Safety. Here’s a WO tip for Norman and obviously #HeyClint… There is NO Ministry for Food Safety.

If you can’t even figure out which government department is which then there really is not hope for you.

What a dickhead.

Bet he dosnt ask how many users of the product died or got sick.Even in the USA last year there were said to be 98 recorded cases of botulism, according to CNN with one death.Perhaps wee Mr Norman might get a bit more credibility if he could prove how many NZ babies through parent neglect died in the period he has been a list MP.

  • johnbronkhorst

So Nicki Kaye could have an easy day.
    Answer to all above questions….
There is no ministry so we have no results from the NON existent ministry!

    • tarkwin

      I’m impressed he can write.

      • johnbronkhorst

Are you saying joins hipkins, in the dubious honour of being the rare mammal that has no brain function, but can still breath?

        • tarkwin

There is a certain resemblance. Being gingas they might have been spawned in the same pond. While we’re on the subject of writing I’ve penned a short note to young Russel. Fuck off back to the banana state and stop stealing our oxygen you communist scum bag. Well I Iiked it!

          • Bunswalla

I can’t figure out why they refuse to publish your comments!

    • AnonWgtn

Currently am impressed with Nikki Kaye – she has fronted the media very well – sometimes without being interrupted.
Tim Groser (someone who knows his business) has also been top of his form too.

      • Whanga_Cynic

I agree, just a shame about the Fonterra noddies.

  • Col

I was wondering what he was talking about, then I saw your remark No Ministry of Food and Safety. So by rights he won’t get a reply in the House next week?

  • Guest2

embarrassing – even more evidence this man should be exported

    • * returned

      • LabTested

        ..as defective.

  • johnbronkhorst

    Lends itself to another question:
If (god preserve us) this clown gets into power. They will do as they have always done, expand the public service again, and create a ministry of food safety!

  • Is there some procedural reason why you can’t ask for

“give me info on period 2009-2012”

instead of lobbing in the same question 4 times but just with the year changed?

    What’s that all about?

    • johnbronkhorst

      LAZINESS???

      • Monty

Also the commie prick will ignore the fact that there is no such ministry, and if there was it would be a policy unit and not undertake testing. But the commie prick will stand up in parliament next week whining in his most petulant voice (aka give me back my flag) that he asked ten questions and John Key has refused to answer them which therefore means it must all John key’s fault and that he is withholding information.

  • notrotsky

May be going against the tide here but they’re all reasonable questions to ask to get at what oversight there is of Fonterra’s processes by the government.

I’d hope that federated farmers were asking the same questions of Fonterra’s board about now along with a motion of no confidence.

    • Whanga_Cynic

Why should the government oversee Fonterra’s processes? They are a private company. The government should stay well away, otherwise they’ll get included in the blame, when something like this happens.

      • Hazards001

        Thank you. Exactly,

  • LionKing

Great soundtrack for the dickhead. Norman you really are a dickhead.

  • Mark72

Yet the greens still get a free ride from the media. Take today’s cartoon in the Dom Post, Hodgson has always been a left wing sycophant but today’s effort is breath taking in it’s partisanship

    • johnbronkhorst

Sorry cancelled subscription years ago. So you say there is a news paper called ………”Dompost”??? You learn something every day. Surely to call it a “NEWS”….paper is a very loose description!

      • Mark72

It’s the office copy. It’s good for the crossword, Dilbert, 5 minute quiz and that’s it. I personally have not bought a newspaper, or should that be opinionpaper, in over 2 years now

    • Ducky

Patrick Gower would be at the head of Russel’s media relaese, attacking JK and the govt. as far as PG is concerned it is all the govt. ‘s fault.

  • cows4me

I wonder if Fonterra has some spare botulism, probably go well sprinkled on mung beans.

  • tarkwin

I may be wrong here, but I didn’t think the Government ran Fonterra. Even if they did do testing surely it would be a privacy breach to tell anyone the results? The end of democracy as we know it. I’m off to tell Felix as soon as I recover from my bout of outrage and indignation.

  • Compare Norman’s adversarial stance with the very considered comments from David Shearer on Breakfast this morning where he was positive about the Government’s response, and made a commitment that Labour would help the Government in any way that it could. This is an issue that will affect us all, and it is pleasing to see political consensus, at least between the two largest parties.

Then again, the Greens despise the dairy industry with a passion, so Norman’s response is really no surprise.

    • Bunswalla

Interesting how it changes though – Norman was quite supportive in his sound bite on the news last night and said the right steps had been taken. Clint’s obviously had a word with him in the meantime.

Even more interesting that they went to Norman for a comment before going to Shearer (or at least that’s the order they played them in). Must be galling for Sheep.

      • In Vino Veritas

The most interesting thing Buns, is that neither Norman or Shearer have blamed John Key for this……. yet.

        • LabTested

but if it is not John Key’s fault what should I be outraged about this week?

    • Ducky

The Greens despised anything to do with work. They want govt support for more benefits so that they can protest (when the rest of us are working), disrupt the country and it’s economic plans. Why don’t they stick to hugging trees, and saving the whales? at least I would support that.

      • Hazards001

Burn the trees and nuke the fucking whales I say. When whiny bastards like Minto and Norman piss off I’ll support stopping!

        • LabTested

or as Derek & Clive would put it… (warning language)

          • Hazards001

            Bwahhhhhhhhhhhhh hahahahha
Whale that made my flocking noight

    • Hazards001

The greens despise all industry except for wind farm manufacturing which they hold shares in apparently.
Their preference is for all of us except for the enlightened elite of which they are the only members to live in caves and eat only of the bounty that they will provide us at a price acceptable to them.

  • bobby

Sounds like the answer to most of Russel’s questions should be “not many, if any” (sing it to a well known Scribe song and it’ll make more sense)

  • conwaycaptain

I wonder how many of the Greens “female” supporters have had Botox treatment??? One and the same thing as Wussel is spouting on about

    • island time

Botox will not fix them. That just removes a couple of wrinkles – they need surgical intervention on a number of fronts.

      • conwaycaptain

        Intravenous??

    • cows4me

I don’t think they sell Botox in 44 gallon drums.

    • Honcho

Considering they banned people from wearing deodorant to one of their latest national conferences, I highly doubt it.

      • Ducky

imagine if you happened to sit next to one of them, eew, what a stench of BO.. that’s what Russkie Normie is…a bad smell that we don’t need.

  • Monty

Red wussell is trying to work an angle to
    1. Implicate John key as solely responsible for causing this problem in the first place
    2. Use it as an excuse to close down every dairy farm in NZ

  • Micky

Any bets on how long before he starts blaming John Key for the whole thing?

  • Anon

i really feel sorry for Russell – I don’t he realises that 90% of NZ will never never never ever vote for him. You see when you poll 10% that means 90% don’t give a dam about you.

Can someone send Russell a memo please and tell him that everyone one is on too his secret meetings with a ex union labour MP

    • LabTested

Russell doesn’t do maths. I thought we had established that?

  • In Vino Veritas

There is no Ministry of Food Safety…….. at the moment.
If a LabourGreen coalition gets into power, watch our money get flushed down the toilet employing 100’s of public sector workers to do nothing.

  • steve and monique

Botulism like Russell Norman gives you the shits.

  • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

Don’t talk ill of the future Deputy PM of this country please…

    • Super_Guest

Don’t worry it’ll be illegal to do so when he’s in the seat.
