    No idea

  • I’m not playing for the rest of the week, but I’ll give you people a leg up with the photo tonight: MORGAN SPURLOCK

    • Michael

Morgan Spurlock ate nothing but McDonalds and did no excercise for a month and caused himself health issues for a documentary. Poor eating choices, just like the 18 year old Ramen Noodle eater.

      • James is probably going to be unhappy at me making it easier…

…my punishment will be that I have to hold the Trivia Fort for a few days while he’s off doing non-trivial things :)

      • Michael

I wouldn’t call what Spurlock did a documentary (perhaps as much a documentary as anything Michael Moore has done). He’s never released a list of what he actually ate during that month. Other people have done a McDonalds-only diet and lost weight/improved their health.

        • I can, to my (now public) shame, reveal that there is such a thing as a McDonald’s Hangover. After an especially bad time in my life when I probably had breakfast and every other dinner from there for about 3 weeks, when I stopped, I had a severe headache for a day.

This is the documentary that challenges Spulocks movie.

There was also one done by Paul Jefferies (sp?), a New Zealander. He followed the same ‘rules’ as Spurlock (eating at least one of everything on the menu in the month) and lost weight.

As you get closer to the Arctic Circle, some deciduous trees are so stunted that they may in fact only grow several cm tall and feature a single small leaf. Underground, their root systems are better developed, and form symbiotic or parasitic relationships with fungi. This leads to the amusing situation that when the fungi fruits (makes a mushroom), that the mushroom is taller than its companion or host tree. Source: me.
