Perhaps natures way of ensuring that brainy chicks don’t reproduce themsevles and take over the world.

Right then Nature must be a misogynist – Labour party better ban the male sexist nature.

    • AnonWgtn

Could you see a little Helen Clark – ugh!

        Already a List MP

Wot you mean Andrew Little is a girl

    • Mediaan

They already have as far as I can see.

  • Engieer

I think its an economic argument nothing more.
Basically welfare states steal from the middle class (on average higher IQ) making it harder for them to have kids (as they want to take care of them properly, own a house proper food etc), and gives it to the lower class to pay them to have kids.

Stupid article, ‘women loose 1/4 of their maternal urges’ the stats won’t show that, less kids does not necessarily mean less maternal urges.

I agree! Many of my friends limit the number of children they have due to finances. I do not see this limiting behaviour amoungst those on a benefit. In fact, quite the opposite. For a beneficiary; More kids = more money whereas for us it is; more kids = less money.

      • philbest

Exactly, guys; the higher the price of housing goes, the higher the effective marginal tax rate is between being on a benefit and having a “social” house, or having a job and paying your way in life.

The Pommie economy is a generation ahead of us on this. This is one of the things ruining a once-great nation, even in spite of the fact that London is still the world’s biggest centre of global finance.

Watch a few episodes of “The Jeremy Kyle Show” on YouTube to get an eyefull of the UK’s feral white “breeders”.

Absolutely brilliant movie, and not too farfetched either. Natural selection turned on its head.

…Till our women had no more children and the men lost reason and faith,
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: “The Wages of Sin is Death.”

My IQ tests over 130, I am a mother of three and we have just started trying for a fourth, so suck it Satoshi!!!

    • Travis Poulson

Hope it wasn’t one of those ‘reliable’ online IQ tests that gives you a different outcome each time…

      • Passionate about fishing

        Oh dear yes it was… rats…… crushed….

Kidding! It was a real one, taken with pen and paper years ago in a formal setting as part of a job interview with large corporation. Ongoing joke between husband and I as he is a couple of points below me (and has a PhD in engineering).

        • johnbronkhorst

Education is not the same as intellect.
Intellect is only an indication as to your POTENTIAL educational achievements. Funnily enough the word required is….WORK. The real funny part is WORK, hard work, can overcome this intellectual advantage.
Gratuitous political dig:– labour MP’s have been shown to have neither of these things (ie work ethic or intellect).

    • Michael

Not bragging, but my wife and I have tested IQs that are in the top 5% of the population. We have 3 kids.

      • Pissedoffyouth

IQ doesn’t mean shit, I know a uni lecturer who is extremely smart, but isn’t very good at much else then his theory stuff.

Can’t change a car tire or cook a decent meal.

Yet I know a few pretty thick mechanics and other types who are much more handy to have around

        • Dave

Very very true POY, we have a friend in the same category, he even has to have a housekeeper, he lives alone and can’t cope with the house etc, but don’t ask him the exanded theory of a null hypothesis, or anything mathematical.

Most these days are going for Emotional Intelligence, where our friend fails dismally.

        • IWantToBeLikeMallardOneDay

I know a pols honours graduate who is a Westpac customer and he went to ANZ to withdraw money. I quietly pointed out that Hugo Chavez had yet to nationalise the banks.

        Honey is that you…?

  • Pissedoffyouth

Or is it that dumb bitches are too stupid to use protection and happen to get knocked up?

    • Passionate about fishing

Its on purpose, I have a friend who teaches at a low decile high school. She overheard a couple of 17yr old girls talking at break, they said “Its the last year of school, we had better hurry up and get pregnant or what are we going to do next year?” You might think they were joking… they weren’t

      • LabTested

I have heard that as well from someone teaching, but it was a class discussion about options after school

  • Patrick

Using a photo of Clarke does nothing to prove the point, after all the reasons she has no kids are more to do with her being a man hating militant lesbian biartch that no right thinking man would ever contemplate porking – even after a huge session drinking big bodgies in the public bar of the local boozer.

  • PM of NZ

Jeez, that’s stretching it! I do not know what such reasoning is technically known as, but to infer via the caption that the one pictured, being without child, has a high IQ is extremely perverse at the least. Some on the left still think she is the living incarnate, but others with sense suspect unproven criminal would be a better description.

  • thor42

    ARRRRRRGH! THAT PHOTO!

My appetite for lunch has *gone*…….

    • johnbronkhorst

Will to live will follow closely!

  • Whafe

    What a crock of shit……………

    • BobaJob

Except a crock of shit has substance……..

      • FredFrog

More like it’s a product of substance abuse.

  • Mediaan

    Huh.

Japanese Psychologist in London thinks so, or constructed a survey which indicated so in question answers. Big deal. Tell him to sell it to a pop sociology-buying popular magazine.

Then his study will (if he is lucky) end up published somewhere in the mammoth Social Science Index. There it will rot beside millions of other studies, most higher in quality, many of a competing nature.

Not worth tuppence, in other words.

  • blairmulholland

The biggest lie society tells us is that having children is a burden, when it’s the best and most amazing experience you can have in life. Unfortunately, that’s something one often has to experience for oneself before understanding it.
