Why is Len not considering this ready-made train set?

It seems the Kingston Flyer business is having trouble finding someone with a cool spare 2.5 mil to buy the ultimate in boys’ toys.

That is, of course, if you only consider your own money.

For Len this is just a bit of rate payer’s pocket change.

The tourism potential of this particular train set would easily offset the off-peak quieter times of the public transport system.
