I m not coming to your place for takeaways you cheap S*^&& lol.

      • Fair enough, bring your own $1000 pizza and share it round M8!

I can always grab another out of the freezer if you’re still hungry.

  • Never in the dark…..

Caviar on a pizza?? The only fish product that should ever get close to a pizza is anchovy!

Imported Italian flour, I ask you.

  • RightOfGenghis

My old italian granddaddy say a genuine napoletana pizza should have only three ingredients. And each represents a colour of the Italian flag – red, green and white

    • WayneO

Yep that’s a proper pizza. Mozzarella, basil and tomato. The best tasting thing in the entire world when done right. I was once in Italy and a fat American stormed out of the pizza store claiming what they were selling “wasn’t real pizza” – How I laughed.

      • RightOfGenghis

spot on waynO. The white cheese of the buffalo, basil and tomato ;)

    • Col

Basil, tomato and mozza. but who is to say what is best.
My great grandfather told my grandfather, if they have the money and they want it, make it and take the money, and say, thank you, enjoy. Grazie, godere.

      • RightOfGenghis

love it! A nation of thieves and robbers, but no family should be without one ;)

        • Col

          Do I know you?

          • RightOfGenghis

            possiblie

  • Col

Well guys, seeing the pizza started in China, bit of dough on the outside of the clay oven, falling off when it was cooked, and some stuff like tomato put on the top, having anything else would be a joke? Life is fun, $1 to some is to much and $1000 to sum is so little.

You Aucklanders may have all the big US chains – but in Wellington we have Wholly Pizza. Best pizza ever!

    • Young and Dumb

Mate I live in Wellington but have to say Wholly is rubbish in comparison to Aucklands Sals or Epilitos

      • Michael

Nah, Wholly is the best. Less is more…

        • Young and Dumb

^ typical wellingtonian. In such denial that Auckland is better, uses any minor point to try and argue otherwise even when incorrect. It’s astonishing how many times I’ve experienced this pettiness in the last 8 months.

You may have tried sals pizza but I’m pretty sure you haven’t tried epilitos.

          • Michael

I looked online – they do that Pizza Hut thing of cramming on too many toppings and having a thick base, making it very salty. I prefer the Wholly Pizza with fewer toppings and a very thin and soft base.

          • Young and Dumb

Epilitos is a thin base mate. You should be aware that looking at food online to make a judgement is never a good idea. Otherwise places like McDonalds and Wendy’s would be industry standard for presentation.

Your free to your preferences I’m just telling you that wholly is not the best.

Find another way of attempting to be superior to Auckland, crappy weather, earthquakes, self importance maybe?

          • Agent BallSack

            OH I have 3.

We have a waterfront we can use
We dont have a super city
