Doug McKay strongly suggests the future of Len Brown lies in the hands of his council.  Up to them to enforce the Code of Compliance.

Doug McKay refuses to answer if having sex on council premises is appropriate.

EY have not looked for who accompanied Mayor Brown to the Hotel so can not declare or confirm either way.

On EY thoroughness: 1,000,000 emails have been reviewed, 16,000 TXTs.

Doug McKay expressed his admiration and respect for Len Brown as a mayor.

Report has been amended by EY after Brown suggested changes.

Len Brown responsible for keeping the Pecuniary Register up to date.  Elected Members Interest Act requires the mayor to declare all gifts.  It isn’t yet clear what the repercussions are for not doing so.
