They let anyone on the Internet these days

Some people are truly in a world of their own:

I am the user most of you know as /u/GodDefendNZ

I came onto reddit on Christmas Day to bring /r/newzealand the blessings of our Lord and one true Saviour, Jesus Christ. I was shocked and saddened when I could not log onto my account. My password is saved, so I knew that it was not a typing error.

My account has been Stolen by a Thief, to whom I say from the Book of Matthew Theft is one of many acts that come from the heart and defile a man and from Corinthians Thieves will not enter the kingdom of God!!!!!!

I know that many of the redditors here profess to be Atheists and take delight in mocking my Beliefs. It would be all too easy to stay in subs where my Views and Beliefs form the majority, but I am a proud Christian Kiwi, and the PM’s of support I receive only strengthen my view that I am part of New Zealand’s Silent Majority.

To the Thief who guessed my password, I say change it back and return my identity and always remember these words: Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are his delight. To the Mods of this sub, I ask that you do all in your power to track this Thief down.

Nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

I shall Pray for the Thief to see the error of his ways and reset the password. Until then, I shall use this account to help spread the Love and the Light in /r/newzealand. God Bless.

It takes all kinds to make a world, and indeed, an Internet.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story. When he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet. Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet and, as a result, he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist who takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him, you can’t ignore him.
