A moment of your time, if I may…

I just like to benefit from the combined experience of our readers by asking for advice on document management using cloud storage.

My ideal solution involves

– Google Drive and/or Dropbox and/or private cloud storage (via sFTP, https or mySQL)

– Searchable index on “unlimited” keywords

– Search inside docs / multiple doc types

– Free (up to a point, maybe – at least to try out), reasonable cost/licensing

– Secure and/or ability to transparently encrypt/decrypt (yet still  searchable)
