MEDIA ADVISORY: Glenn Greenwald is a fraud

I’m getting sick of having to do your job for you.   Why are you calling Greenwald a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist?  He’s nothing of the sort.  Five minutes of research would have told you that.

Step 1:  Go to and search for his name.

Would you be surprised to find he doesn’t come up as a winner?

Step 2: Check what he has actually won:

Yes, but Cam, you say, he was working for the organisation that won a Pulitzer.

So was the receptionist.  And the guy cleaning out the toilets.  I don’t think they go around claiming themselves Pulitzer prize winners.

Step 3: Search a bit deeper (by the way, this is what a REAL email looks like)

I can’t get over a sycophantic guffawing from Andrea Vance and others just because this clown turns up and tells us things, 99% of which we already knew anyway, and the rest is “might”, “probably” and “I can’t tell you now, but it probably will be”.   Really?

So here is the actual citation for the Pulitzer that Greenwald claims:  Guess what?  He’s not mentioned at all.

He is a grandstanding lying little cheating hack, like Hager, making a living off of stolen goods.

These people all go on about protecting privacy yet when it suits them they splash other people all over their papers like me.   They don’t respect privacy.  They launder stolen documents and then claim public interest in order to breach privacy… and in Assange’s case likely got people killed by revealing details of operatives in hostile countries.

These people should not be celebrated as heroes.

And in the case of Greenwald, exposed for the fraud he is.   Pulitzer…     He’ll fit in with David Cunliffe who “helped with the creation of Fonterra” based on 8 hours on a timesheet.

Fraudulent wannabes.

And for once, I agree with Kim Dotcom:   journalists, when are you actually going to do your job?
