Pimping the Poor – Part Two – Can’t afford movies but can afford 7 week holiday

Earlier I busted the chops of a North Shore Times reporter for buying he crocodile tears of a professional whinger.

She has been busily tweeting about how hard done by the poor fellow is and people are offering up gifts for him and his lying family..

With someone offering to take them out. She has now deleted the tweet, probably ashamed and being shown up. Shame we were vigilant.

More evidence has come to light though.

It seems the though ‘Ofa Ta’ufo’ou can’t afford to feed his family..he says..he can afford a seven week holiday.

Assuming from his whinging about the cold that he has been sunning himself in a tropical paradise.

So the article is nothing short of a disgrace.

The North Shore Times really should be publishing an apology pretty quick.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
