Kim Dotcom for Auckland Mayor, nine reasons why

Kim Dotcom would like to run for Auckland Mayor. (I suspect he is bored. ) Unfortunately he cannot enter the race due to the pesky rules regarding non-citizens but in his own words here are nine reasons why he would make a great Mayor.

He has extensive experience with excessive spending, dealing with the Police, business launches, parties to impress and is good with children. Plus he has a giant giraffe called Karl.
