You can’t move the north pole east. By definition it is the most northern point on earth. Therefore if it is to move it must, by definition, move south. I know this is out of context of what “Daily Trivia” is all about but it hit me as soon as I read it.

Just like the brain teaser, A hunter sees a bear 200 metres to his east. He walks 200 metres to the north and shoots due south and kills the bear. What colour is the bear? Answer: White as the hunter walked north 200 metres to the north pole and every direction he shoots from there has to be South.

Ok, I got this – that’s got to be Spike Milligan on the right, and he wrote ‘Badjelly the Witch’ which features Jim the Eagle (link to 3).

As an aside, curious why you photoshopped a picture of commenter ‘SteveWrathall’ two from the left? (Just kidding Steve :) )

    • Totara

The Spike Milligan lookalike is Prince Michael of Kent. And the lady beside him on the far right of the picture is his daughter in law.
