I am so sick of all this diversity rubbish

The Labour Party don’t e-mail me anymore but the other day this turned up in my in box.

It is a business survey that was focussed solely on diversity.”Diversity” is one of those buzz words that the PC world love and think is all about inclusiveness and  multiculturalism. In a video I watched recently multiculturalism was referred to as multi-conflict and I think diversity is actually racism and sexism in disguise.

This photo was used to represent diversity which is why it does NOT have a white male in it.

Just as I firmly believe that democracy equals one person one vote, I believe that the best person for the job should get it. Race based seats on local councils and in government are racist and apartheid in action. That is not what democracy is. Equally, pushing “diversity” in the workplace is inherently racist. It suggests that  “diverse ” ( code word for someone who is not a white male ) people are unable to get a job solely on their own merits and need the employer to give them special treatment by discriminating against people who are not ” diverse ” (white males.)

It is an incredibly patronising and racist view of the world. By demanding ” diversity ” in the workplace these do-gooders are effectively giving women and non-white people handicapped status.

In a race the fastest person wins and gets the medal. If we forced Sporting organisations to treat their competitors the same way groups like The Auckland Chamber of Commerce want employers to treat their workforces the winner would not be the person who finished first. It would be the sex, culture and race that hadn’t yet won a medal. Imagine it. “Sorry Bill, there is no point you entering the Men’s 100 metres as we need a Japanese woman aged 50-60 to win it this year.”
