And this is bad how?

Apparently having Donald Trump as president is scaring away illegal aliens…and this is bad.

Truth Revolt reports:

Did you know that fewer illegal aliens are trying to get into the nation these days? Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly said there’s been 40 percent drop from January to February:

Today, U.S. Customs and Border Protection is releasing illegal border crossing data through the month of February and the numbers show an unprecedented decline in traffic. From January to February, the flow of illegal border crossings as measured by apprehensions and the prevention of inadmissible persons at our southern border dropped by 40 percent.

Hum…  What happened between January and February in this country?  I seem to recall that Kim Kardashian switched up her wardrobe to prevent robbery and — oh yeah — Donald Trump took the oath of office as President.

Univision’s Jorge Ramos says it’s due to fear, or the “Trump effect.” On Thursday night, he talked to Anderson Cooper about what’s going on.

Cooper described the plummeting rate of illegal immigration and asked, “What do you make of that? Is it possible that the tough talk on illegal immigration by Trump is working, that he deserves credit for that drop?”

These people calling their relatives and their friends, saying, “don’t come here, this is not the right moment.” So I think it is possible. Really no one wants illegal immigration, not even undocumented immigrants. It is very risky for them. It is better to do it in a legal way.

And the other positive thing is that, I think, many Americans, many people who voted for Donald Trump, they have to understand that there’s no invasion. No one is invading the United States. Mexicans aren’t invading the United States. The undocumented population has remained stable at about 11 million, for the last decade. So those are the positive things.

The best part of the interview is this line: “Let me just say that fear is stronger than any wall.”  Hey, it just so happens to be cheaper as well! Watch the interview [above] and be astounded at the hand-wringing over really incredible news.

This is bad news, how?

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story. When he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet. Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet and, as a result, he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist who takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.
