It has to be asked, were they the wrong colour?

Charmaine and Jonathan Davies with their two children, Jonathan and Caitlyn, right.

Are our immigration officials racist? Why does this South African family get deported because their child will be a be a drain on our health system but the husband of two wives and a  large family from Pakistan who has been convicted of violent assault is allowed to stay? I am not saying that they are racist but I don’t understand why our system will penalise a family for having one child who will be dependent on the state when on the other hand they will allow a violent immigrant who attacked his legal wife with a hammer to stay in the country. Currently, he is dependent on the state inside a prison cell for 12 months. Why should we be paying for him?

It is not just the violent abusive husband that is a drain on our countries economy as his illegal “religious” second wife is probably on a domestic purposes benefit.

If we are going to refuse to support innocent 5-year-old blind girls on the basis that they cost us money then there is no excuse that can justify our immigration department allowing convicted criminals like Yasir Mohib to remain in our country. I would like to see a zero tolerance policy from our immigration agencies towards criminals. What about you?
