Whaleoil Top Cat competition

Our detractors accuse us of posting nothing but click bait cat videos with the occasional piece of political commentary thrown in for good measure. How wrong they are. Today we are offering a Whaleoil Top Cat competition inspired by New Zealand’s recent National Cat show.

All eyes were on the stage at the National Cat Show as the second-place ribbon hovered over Lesley Parker’s head.

Then the judge yanked it away. Parker, before she could stop herself, let slip an expletive.

The judge – a bit of a trickster – was only playing to the crowd at Bishopdale YMCA in Christchurch, and soon returned with the winner’s ribbon, making Parker the owner of New Zealand’s top cat.

-Stuff

To enter the Whaleoil To Cat competition all you need to do it to share with us all in the comments a photo of your favourite feline and a convincing reason why Whaleoil readers should vote for them. The three Cats with the most votes in each category by the time comments close on the post will be declared the winner and will be honoured in a follow-up post.

There will be THREE categories that you can enter your cat under. You can enter them under ONE category only.

1.Beauty

2.Personality

3.Width  (fat cat)

The way it will work is that the cat in each category with the most upvotes will win that category.

So if your darling looks like this…

I suggest you explain to us all why you love him/her and how great their personality is.

I look forward to crowning Whaleoil’s Top three cats.
