Fashion Politics : Who wore it better?

I have just read a long-winded Stuff piece about how female politicians are unfairly focussed on because of what they wear that then goes on to discuss nothing apart from what our PM wears.

I want to be seen as a serious journalist so following Stuff’s lead I present…

Who wore it better?

NZ PM Jacinda Ardern or Left wing Australian T.V presenter David Kosh?

Left wing Australian T.V host David Kosh and PM Jacinda Ardern

Australian Left-winger David Kosh wore this outfit while hosting an event that celebrates the birth of Jesus despite claiming to be an atheist. PM Jacinda Ardern wore hers while she and her nieces and partner Clarke Gayford arrived at Parliament after the swearing-in ceremony at Government House.

Ardern’s dress, by New Zealand designer Kate Sylvester, prompted positive feedback, Sylvester says. “There’s probably the odd National voter out there who’d bought the dress and is now going, ‘Damn, cant wear that again…'”

David Kosh, on the other hand, had his outfit described by one of my friends on Facebook as “mockworthy to the max!”
