PM feels privileged to celebrate the success of students from Partnership schools

Our PM says she feels privileged to celebrate the success stories of students like Emma Purves, Jeremiah Mahanga, Sapphron Jackson-Marshall and Dominic Elliot and that their stories warmed her heart.

It is a great pity that her heart suffers from a split personality disorder as she is quite happy to instruct Hitman Hipkins to close down the Partnership schools that these four students attend. The schools that nurtured and supported them to become the success stories that they are today.

I wonder how “privileged” those students felt to meet face to face with the woman who is callously closing their schools in the knowledge that currently there is no pathway to them being reopened under another model.
