The story about what Israel is doing for Gaza that the MSM will never tell you

In one of their many attempts for peace with the Arabs who call themselves Palestinians, Israel gave away the Gaza strip that with typical Israeli hard work and ingenuity they had turned into a well-developed piece of land. Their kindness was repaid with Gaza being used as launching pad for countless rocket and terror attacks against Israel.

Now Gaza under the Palestinian Authority and the terror group Hamas is at risk of a humanitarian collapse. Considering that President Abbas spends millions of dollars of aid money on things like a private jet instead of helping the Palestinian people this is not surprising.

A white knight in shining armour has ridden to the rescue of the Palestinians to the tune of ONE BILLION dollars but you will never hear anything about it from the MSM because their narrative is that Israel is always the bad guy.

The impoverished Gaza Strip, where Palestinian prime minister Rami Hamdallah will visit next week, has suffered from severe electricity shortages

[…] Israel presented an international committee coordinating Palestinian development aid with a $1 billion list of major infrastructure projects designed to relieve an urgent humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, with a request for international financing, at a meeting of the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee (AHLC) in Brussels on Wednesday.

According to a document detailing the proposed projects obtained exclusively by i24NEWS, Israel has put forth a plan for a large desalination plant in the Gaza Strip at a cost of $710 million.

The document reveals that Israel is seeking $36 million to expand the Gaza Strip’s connection to the electric grid with a new power line, and $80 million to progress with a major project to connect the coastal enclave to natural gas from Israeli gas fields.

This does not make any sense. According to the BDS movement, Israel is Satan yet here they are working tirelessly to help the Palestinians. The Palestinians would not even be in this situation if they hadn’t been deprived of the world’s aid money distributed through UN agencies to their corrupt leadership. President Abbas spent some of it on his personal luxury jet and Hamas like to spend it on concrete terror tunnels and weapons to kill and terrorise Israeli citizens with.

Signaling a major shift in policy, the document also reveals an un-costed plan to expand the Erez border crossing — currently only a pedestrian crossing — to facilitate the transfer of commercial goods in and out of Gaza.

Why isn’t Green co-leader wanna be Marama Davidson talking about this? She protested the Gaza blockade complaining that it was there to stop food and aid getting through to the people of Gaza. The reality, of course, is that it is there to stop weapons getting through to the terror group Hamas.

[…] According to Haaretz, Israeli Regional Cooperation Minister Tzahi Hangebi, who together which Mordechai represented Israel at the Brussels confab, told attendees that implementing the plans would require the Palestinian Authority to take full responsibility for civil affairs in the Gaza Strip, which has been under Hamas control since 2007.

I guarantee right now that Israel will be blamed when this is unable to go ahead because Hamas retains control of Gaza. They will be painted as the bad guys even though Gaza is literally being run by a vicious and immoral terror organisation.

[…] an emergency session of the committee was convened by Norway and the European Union on Wednesday, citing the “urgent need” to expedite progress towards a negotiated two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinians, as well as the need to enable the Palestinian Authority to resume full control of the Gaza Strip.

Why isn’t the UN providing troops to smash Hamas? Why hasn’t Abbas smashed Hamas?

The meeting comes as the UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Nickolay Mladenov, warned that “we are on the verge of a total systems collapse in Gaza, with the full collapse of the economy [and] social services”.

The Palestinian Authority estimates that 97% of the Strip’s groundwater is not potable, contaminated with seawater and sewage, and has begun groundwork for the plant. Israel has committed to allowing necessary materials to enter, and Kuwait has donated $50m for construction.

The only barrier to all this happening is Hamas.
