Impertinent question for Chris Hipkins, the Minister of Education:

If the Ministry of Education has had six formal disputes loaded against them by Charter schools isn’t appointing the MOE as the “negotiators” of their fate a little like having a gang in court and allowing them to have their leaders as the jury?

How can it be in good faith and a fair process when there is already a formal dispute between the parties? This cannot be a legal option.
