AFP to be brainwashed about the ‘religion of peace’

Cartoon by Bill Leak

When trying to comprehend the almost-incomprehensible horror of Rotherham and Telford, one thing quickly becomes apparent: the culture of neglect of Britain’s white, working-class children is driven from the top.

Just as senior management at the BBC worked assiduously to keep a lid on any hint of scandal surrounding the likes of Jimmy Savile: even going so far as to spike a planned Newsnight expose: politicians, senior police, and social workers conspired to cover up any hint of what was happening in those towns. Those at the top: the very people with whom the buck should have stopped: were so absurdly sensitive about possibly offending to the Muslim community, or accusations of racism, that the industrial-scale rape of white girls in British towns was allowed to continue unpunished for decades.

Where did this absurd hyper-sensitivity regarding Muslims and immigrants come from?

How did an institution as legendarily un-PC as the Boys in Blue become so hyper-correct? The answer, again, begins at the very top. For decades, since at least the Blair government, the top levels of Britain’s institutions have been subjected to an endless program of politically correct indoctrination. QUANGOs such as Common Cause are endlessly allowed to peddle propaganda posing as “diversity and inclusiveness training”. As the upper echelons are captured by these modern-day re-education camps, their politically correct indoctrination gradually filters down through the ranks. The Long March Through the Institutions continues.

So it’s an ominous sign that the Australian Federal Police have announced ‘Islamic awareness workshops’ for their staff.

Australian Federal Police officers will attend three-day Islamic awareness workshops as part of a national push to educate staff about “Islamic culture and the history of Islam”.
End of quote:

Let me guess: ‘Islam is a religion of peace’, ‘terrorism has nothing to do with Islam’, and ‘They’re not real Muslims’.

The AFP is in the process of hiring an external service provider
End of quote:

Again, let me guess: an ‘Islamic community group’ whose leaders will be exposed as having an embarrassing history of anti-Semitic and anti-gay sermons and tweets. Perhaps Hizb ut-Tahrir will put their hands up?

“The program has been delivered over many years by academic and cultural leaders within the community …”
End of quote:

Nailed it.

The AFP wants its officers to be better informed about modern Islam
End of quote:

What more do you need to know?

the rise of Islamic extremism since the September 11 attacks in 2001 has sparked a wave of terrorist attacks across the globe, with terror groups including Islamic State and al-Qai’da using social media as a recruitment tool.
End of quote:

And there’s your answer.

The AFP-led National Disruption Group … diversion team was established to focus on “diversion and intervention activities” working with “vulnerable individuals, particularly young people, to prevent them from committing terrorist-related activity or travelling overseas to fight with a terrorist group”.
End of quote:

No doubt by the end of their ‘training’, anti-terror police will be so ‘aware’ of the plight of Australia’s poor, oppressed Muslims that they’ll spend more time prosecuting imaginary ‘hate crimes’ than keeping tabs on actual jihadis.
