An open letter to the minister for open government

Dear Clare Curran

This government made a HUGE song and dance soon after the election about being ‘open and transparent’ and about being a ‘government for all of New Zealand’.

As the Minister for Open Government: given those lofty words uttered by the government, isn’t it time that you proved them correct by releasing the Jenkins Report on Charter schools?

If Labour doesn’t do this, it will prove that Labour is the ‘hypocrisy’ party: nothing but hot air and “bumper-sticker” slogans.

To quote a certain “Prime Minister” – ‘Let’s do this.’
