Charter school rally outside Jacinda Ardern’s office

A rally outside the Prime Minister’s office has been organised for Sunday the 29th. Quote:

Dear charter school supporters,

Thanks to your efforts, 3000 New Zealanders have signed a petition at www.savecharters.kiwi which urges the Government to end its plans to close charter schools.

I have invited the Prime Minister to accept our petition outside her electorate office.

It is critical we continue to send the Government a message that depriving students of educational choice is wrong, so I invite you to rally with me at Jacinda Ardern’s electorate office next Sunday.

When: 2:30pm on Sunday, 29 April
Where: 658 New North Road, Morningside, Auckland.

Let’s send a strong message to Jacinda that the Government is on the wrong of public opinion.

Recent polling shows 57 per cent of voters agree charter schools should be allowed to continue, while 60 per cent disapprove of the way the Government is dealing with charter schools.

Please come along and show your support and share the Facebook event with your friends and family.

See you at the rally next Sunday!

Yours sincerely,

David Seymour

MP for Epsom, Leader ACT New Zealand End of quote.
