A sign will fix it

Our work offices recently moved to a new building, and we now have unisex toilets. Separate cubicles that are shared by men and women.

Can you guess where this is going?

It wasn’t long before the complaints started about the sharing of said facilities. Skid marks in the bowl, wet toilet seats, and puddles on the floor.  There have been emails back and forth to discuss the problem and find a solution.

Can you guess where this is going?

They are going to put up a sign. A sign that will remind people to make sure the toilet is clean before they leave the cubicle.  Sure, that’ll solve it.

In the same way that putting up this sign …..

…has solved the problem of people leaving their dirty dishes on the bench.

I think I’ll start wearing red bands to work.
