Breast

WARNING: The Breastapo are back and they are outraged and offended

Some people just will never get it. Case in point the $416,250 taxpayer funded The Breastapo.

They?re all in a flutter about Lewis Road Creamery repackaging its milk ?breast milk? for charity.

3,2,1 and out comes the Breastapo representative Julie Stufkens who says ?the move was disrespectful towards women? and ?labelling a cow?s milk product as breast milk is not acceptable.?

But then Stufkens said something that demonstrates how out of touch she really is.

?she was concerned mother?s could mistake the product as breast milk?

Really? Does she think mothers are that dumb? Or is it just Stufkens that?s dumb?

Here?s some feedback for Stufkens;

Bigger boobs on the taxpayer; guilt forces her into prostitution to pay it back

We have enjoyed a reasonable level of sanity in New Zealand over the last 6 years. ?I’m talking about the sort of sanity that doesn’t make unemployed young women with small breasts think that the tax payer owes her a free bigger chest. ?I reported on this folly last year:

Since then, she has made a real mess of it. ?Check this out ?? Read more »

I wonder if it works on Moobs?

This post is for the ladies…or big blokes like Gerry who should perhaps be looking at man bras.

Technology is a wonderful thing and now a lingerie company has produced an app that can work out your correct bra size.

It?s often been said that the majority of women don?t know their ?true? bra size.

Now, an app called ThirdLove wants to help women find their size by using data from two selfie photos of the customer?s chest.

Yes. Find your bra size by taking?a selfie of your breasts, TechCrunch reports.

How does this work?

According to the app, there are three easy steps. ? Read more »

A deep philosophic argument that needs thorough discussion

Apparently, according to advocates of female toplessness, current laws enforce damaging views of women’s bodies.

A thorough understanding of pro-topless advocates? concerns requires going beyond the issue of legal consistency. Part of what topless advocates object to in gender unequal topless laws are the implications of the underlying messages the laws could be (perhaps unwittingly) reinforcing.

The problem, as Reena Glazer?wrote?in the?Duke Law Journal?in 1993, is that laws like that in the 1986 case are ?written solely to take into account potential viewers. The focus is on the male response to viewing topless women; there is no focus on the female actor herself.? The implication, she argued, particularly when laid next to the statute?s ?exemption for topless entertainment? is that ?what might arouse men can only be displayed when men want to be aroused.? By contrast, ?men are free to expose their chests ? with no consideration of the impact on possible viewers.?

Yeah, it is outrageous that women find themselves constrained in this manner by the law.? Read more »

Wonder if they do this here?

Page07_04_1700078aCan you get new boobs on WINZ?

You can in?the?UK via NHS…?referred?to as New Hooters Service.

One recipient of a free boob job has thanked British taxpayers by posing nude.

NHS boob-job girl Josie Cunningham posed for her first topless shoot yesterday, telling taxpayers: ?I couldn?t have done it without you.?

The wannabe model excitedly flaunted her 36DD bust, which was boosted after she wept to her GP about being a 32A.

She said after stripping to just a thong and heels: ?My first studio shoot was fantastic.

?I could never have felt so confident about showing off my body if it wasn?t for the support I?ve had from the NHS. I?d have collapsed in tears a couple of months ago if I?d had to go topless in front of a photographer ? but now I can?t wait to do more.?

But thrilled Josie says she has been ?inundated? with modelling work since The Sun revealed on Tuesday how she got her ?4,800 cosmetic surgery free on the NHS.

She said: ?I?ve had loads of offers already and reckon I can really make a career out of this.

?I know people are saying that I don?t deserve my new boobs but they have changed my life and made me happier ? so why shouldn?t I show them off??

Getting a Moob job

More and more men are getting a Moob Job these days:

A 28 per cent increase in operations to get rid of “man boobs” last year shows men are more willing to go under the knife to get the physique they want, new statistics show.

About 40 per cent of men are estimated to have gynaecomastia, the excessive development of male breasts, and that number is thought to be rising.

The figures were released by The Private Clinic in London, where Dr Dennis Wolf said he had “certainly noticed” an increase in the number of men who had been in to enquire about the procedure.? Read more »

I think this idea has merit

? Boing Boing

It is legal in New York for women to go topless so long as they are not engaged in commerce. This was a law passed in 1992, but apparently not many know about it…until a women’s rights activist decided to highlight it.

I think the idea has merit though I am not sure how popular it would be in Invercargill, it would?definitely?go off in Palmerston North though.

According to a 1992 law, women in New York have the right to go topless anywhere a man can, so long as they’re not engaged in commerce. Yet many people still don’t know this is legal twenty years after the ruling. This week, on BTR Pulse, Lauren Hawker caught up with Moira Johnston, a female rights activist from Philadelphia who has ditched her shirt to raise awareness about a woman’s legal right to be topless in NYC.

Madonna flashed her tit at a concert in Turkey…expect outrage…though she is getting well past her used by date:

Madonna gave her fans in Turkey an eyeful when she had a wardrobe malfunction and exposed a nipple – on purpose – during a recent show.

During a raunchy striptease on stage, Madonna took off her shirt and pulled down her bra to reveal her right breast to the crowd.

The incident sent fans into squeals of delight.

Why does Gary McCormick have a problem with breasts?

Gary McCormick has a problem with breasts:

A complaint about a “vulgar” and “crass” advertisement for a show about extremely large breasts has not been upheld by the Broadcasting Standards Authority.

Gary McCormick complained a promo for the documentary?Real Life: The World’s Most Enhanced Woman and Me?should not have been screened during the 6pm One News on September 28 when children could have been watching.

Mr McCormick said the advertisement for the show, which featured footage of women with extremely large breasts was “vulgar” and “crass”.

However the authority found that while some may find the subject matter offensive, most people would not be offended by the advert itself.

“All of the women were clothed, and the promo did not contain any nudity. The shots of the women and t

The ideal breast shape?

Apparently a plastic surgeon in the UK has discovered this elusive goal:

In a plastic surgeon?s quest to find the ideal female proportions, he turned to 100 glamour models..

It sounds almost like parody ? a top consultant plastic surgeon spends three months studying models appearing on Page 3 of a bestselling British red-top newspaper. Later this month he reveals his findings: the mathematical proportions of the perfect breast.

Of course, the subjectivity of such a statement can?t be ignored ? not to mention the somewhat dubious nature of the source material. But astonishingly, when shown computer mock-ups of the female form based on these equations, most women agree that they are indeed the ideal vital statistics.

Incredibly, although breast augmentation ? or the boob job, as it is commonly known ? has long been the most popular cosmetic surgery procedure, nobody within the industry has ever quantified the measurements and proportions that make a breast appealing to the eye.

And this energetic plastic surgeon has put in the time and research and finally nailed the magic formula.

For the first time plastic surgeons now have a powerful visual imagery of the proportions that make a breast attractive. ?Now we can show women images to highlight shape and form that will actually give them what they want,? says Mallucci.

Software has been developed using three-dimensional, predictive photography to enable surgeons to show patients on a screen how their own breasts would look with implants of different shapes and sizes.

?Many women seek breast surgery after pregnancy has left them with deflated breasts and comment that they?d like fullness added to the top.

‘But when shown an image of a woman?s breasts that fit the 45:55 ratio versus breasts that have more fullness on the upper pole, very few women ever then select the latter.?

As Mallucci concludes, it?s not that most surgeons don?t know what makes a breast attractive, it?s just that nobody?s studied and defined it before. In theory it could lead to a reduction in the number of poor boob jobs.

I’m all for the reduction in the number of poor boob jobs.

The features analysed were the dimensions of the upper and lower pole, medical terms that describe the areas above and below the nipple; plus the angle at which the nipple points and the slope of the upper pole.

?The study revealed that in all cases the nipple ??meridian?? ? the horizontal line drawn at the level of the nipple ? lay at a point where, on average, the proportion of the breast above it represented 45 per cent of overall volume of the breast and below it 55 per cent.

?In the majority of cases the upper pole was either straight or concave, and the nipple was pointing skywards at an average angle of 20 degrees. In all cases the breasts demonstrated a tight convex lower pole ? a neat but voluminous curve.

It looks like this:
