Hurt people: suspended sentence; Hurt cows: 2 years in prison

Not saying the bastard didn’t deserve the prison time, but it does put Ross Filipo’s  Losi Filipo’s case in stark contrast.

A Waikato slaughterman who admitted abusing more than 100 bobby calves has had his sentence of home detention replaced on appeal by a two-year prison term.

Noel Erickson’s original sentence, which including 200 hours of community, was handed down in the Huntly District Court in July.

The 39-year-old had earlier pleaded guilty to 10 charges relating to the abuse of 111 bobby calves at a Te Kauwhata pet food processing plant in August last year.

The charges included wilfully ill-treating a calf and representative charges of recklessly ill-treating calves, ill-treating calves and using blunt force trauma.

The maximum penalty he faced was five years’ imprisonment.   Read more »

Nazi killer cows destroyed

People thought I was jesting when I talked about Killer Cows.

Discovery every year runs shark week but sharks kill very few people each year cows kill far more but there is no Discovery programme about Killer Cows….or Cow Week.

Now in the UK a bunch of Nazi created Killer Cows have been destroyed because they were trying to kill the farmer and his workers.

The revolution is well underway and this terror cell has been nipped in the bud.

Hitler’s drive to produce the perfect Aryan race was not confined to people – it also extended to a specially bred herd of Nazi-engineered cows, which have turned out to be so aggressive that a UK farmer has been forced to turn half of them into sausages.

Derek Gow imported more than a dozen Heck super cows to his West Devon farm in 2009, nearly a century after they were first created in the 1920s.

But, Farmer Gow, who is the only British farmer to own the breed, has been forced to kill seven of his herd because the cows were so aggressive they repeatedly tried to kill his staff.

“We have had to cut our herd down to six because some of them were incredibly aggressive and we just couldn’t handle them,” said Farmer Gow, who said the meat made “very tasty” sausages that tasted a bit like venison.

“The ones we had to get rid of would just attack you any chance they could. They would try to kill anyone. Dealing with that was not fun at all. They are by far and away the most aggressive animals I have ever worked with,” he said.  Read more »

The cows are rising, another injury from a Killer Cow

The Killer Cows are restless.

This recent incident in the Hawkes Bay was lucky not to result in more serious injuries or even death.

A man was airlifted to Hawke’s Bay Hospital after he was kicked in the back by a cow in Otane yesterday.

The Lowe Corporation Rescue Helicopter flew the 67-year-old to hospital from a farm on Elsthorpe Rd, about 5km east of Otane.

Rescue helicopter pilot Jeremy Bruce said the man was in a lot of pain.

“He was lying on his back on the outside of the yards.  Read more »

Killer Cows now running suicide missions

Cows kill more people every year than sharks, way more than people than sharks. they are dangerous and are out for revenge too.

Now they are resorting to deploying suicide bombers.

Breaking news from Rasdorf, Germany: Late last month, this farming village of some 1,500 souls was literally shocked when a shed housing 90 cows spontaneously burst into flames that singed the shed’s roof and the hide of one unlucky beast (who was later treated for burns). The culprit was no arsonist, but rather the hundreds of liters of potent methane gas produced inside of the cows’ guts and emitted via their burping and flatulence. The gas had built up inside the shed and was ignited by a spark of static electricity.   Read more »

Killer Cows continue to rampage, and maim. How many reports this summer of shark attacks?

December was Cow-mageddon

wallpaper-306599

Earlier we blogged about the Sheep-Cow conspiracy.

A bit of research suggests that the cow-liban world wide are ramping up terror attacks.

In India a cow attacked a person at Goa who was enjoying the beach.

Reflecting the deplorable conditions of Goan beaches, a 65-year-old Russian tourist had to undergo five stitches after a cow banged into her while she was walking along Palolem beach on Tuesday.

Drishti lifeguards said Galina Ignitiva was walking on the beach when a cow hit her. Lifeguard Manjunath Pagi saw the victim collapse on the shore and rushed to her aid. As the victim sustained deep cuts on her right thigh, Pagi sent a message to the lifeguard tower and also called for an ambulance. A lifeguard patrolling jeep provided the first aid kit. As the ambulance was delayed, the victime was taken to the Cancona primary health centre for further treatment where she was kept under observation.   Read more »

Questions for Farmers, Ctd

stock_along_the_upper_taieri_river_above_styx_cree_510e3463d6

Farmers always get sooky when they are called bludging ratbags for wanting a free right to pollute, and not to pay the full cost their business incurs. I want to explore why this is, and give farmers a chance to defend their bludging.

One of the most perplexing parts of this bludging is the “Two wrong make a Right” bludge. Farmers always come back with town sewerage pollutes waterways too – and that means they should be allowed to pollute.  Read more »

Questions for Farmers?

stock_along_the_upper_taieri_river_above_styx_cree_510e3463d6

This website and my views are staunchly right-wing. The media loves to use that term thinking it is an insult…it isn’t.

I believe in free markets, that subsidies are evil, and that costs should fall on the costs of businesses that incur them.

Yet every time a post about bludging farming ratbags who want to get huge hand outs or make a private profit by socialising the costs the commenter’s in this blog start making all sorts of attacks on me and people who promote legitimate right-wing, free market thinking.  Read more »
