The star-struck Claretta, Mussolini’s last love. According to her diaries, he radiated a ‘god-like potency’ and a ‘bull-like’ magnetism.

‘I’d like To Jump Onto Your Bed Like a Big Tomcat’

Benito Mussolini had two wives, several mistresses and dozens, possibly hundreds, of casual lovers during his lifetime

Star-struck Claretta Petacci was determined to conquer her ‘divine Caesar’ — and was finally strung up beside him. Claretta Petacci, born 28 February 1912, was perhaps the biggest love in Benito Mussolini’s life, a man 30 years her senior. Brought up in a wealthy family, Clara’s father was the pope’s personal physician.

As a child in fascist Italy, Clara Petacci (known as Claretta) was dutifully adoring of Benito Mussolini and the Cult of ducismo. She gave the stiff-armed Roman salute while at school (the Duce had declared handshaking Fey and unhygienic) and sang the fascist youth anthem ‘Giovinezza’. Her father, was a convinced fascist, for whom Mussolini was the incarnation of animal cunning — furbizia — and the manful fascist soul. Claretta herself would have to wait before she met the ‘divine Caesar’.

The story begins like a romantic novel. On a glorious spring day in Rome in April 1932, stunning heiress Claretta Petacci and her dashing fiance, an army lieutenant, took off in their chauffeured limousine for a day at the beach.

Giggling excitedly between them on the back seat of the Lancia was Claretta’s nine-year-old sister, Myriam, there as chaperone. The road to the coast was a marvel of modern engineering, a motorway built at the command of Italy’s fascist dictator — prime minister Benito Mussolini. He was at the height of his powers, adored by Italians who knew him as Il Duce and feted by leaders around the world. Winston Churchill called him the ‘Roman genius’, and even Mahatma Gandhi praised his ‘passionate love for his people’.

That same day, Il Duce was also taking a spin in the sunshine along the Via del Mare in his bright red Alfa Romeo 8C, with its long running boards and rear fin like the crest of a Roman god’s helmet. Near Ostia, Mussolini’s car recklessly overtook the limousine, blasting his horn as he did. The young woman in the back smiled and waved. For a fleeting moment, Mussolini looked into her eyes — and was smitten. Pulling over, he signalled for the Lancia to stop. Claretta recognised Mussolini at once and scrambled out of the car. ‘I’m going to pay homage to him,’ she declared. ‘I’ve been waiting for such a long time.’

Claretta had been besotted with Mussolini for years, ever since a 1926 assassination attempt when the insane Irish aristocrat Violet Gibson took a potshot at him with a revolver. The bullet just nicked the bridge of his nose. Then a 14-year-old schoolgirl, Claretta had been aghast at the news and penned a gushing letter to him: ‘O, Duce, why was I not with you? Could I not have strangled that murderous woman?’

She told him she dreamed of putting her ‘head on your chest so I could still hear the beats of your great heart. Duce, my life is for you’. Now her teenage fantasies were about to be realised.

The cars drew level, and Mussolini pulled over to confront his pursuer. Petacci was 19; he was 49. But to judge by her diaries — first published in Italy in 2009 as Mussolini segreto (Secret Mussolini) — the encounter was love at first sight. As the weeks went by, the doctor’s daughter began to court the Duce in a decorous way, first by sending him perfumed billets-doux, then by calling him on the telephone.

Mussolini, never one to resist a woman’s advances, soon took her to bed.

Susan Devoy, that “deceitful, fascist wench has to go”

Olivia Pierson cuts loose on Devoy and her little make-work scheme.

I have noticed that the creed of multiculturalism has become a zealous religion in itself. It even has a central dogma: ‘all cultures are equal’.

Like hell they are.

As if a culture which promotes freedom for all women is equal to a culture which enslaves them and lops off their genitals, due to a religious mandate.

As if a culture which practices religious tolerance is equal to a culture which tortures or kills you if you don’t observe Allah’s laws, due to a religious mandate.

As if a culture which allows for the freedom of homosexuals to love whomever they please is equal to a culture which hurls them to their deaths from tall buildings, due to a religious mandate.

As if a culture which punishes paedophilia is equal to a culture which regularly marries little girls off to be raped daily by dirty old men, due to a religious mandate.

Don’t be sucked in by Dame Susan’s multicultural propaganda, which she peddles on behalf of the United Nations, who are ever more desperate to push migrating Muslims into Western lands. Read more »

The execution of Miss Edith Cavell, the English nurse, on a charge of harbouring in Brussels, greatly shocked the Belgian community in that unhappy land, and they call it the bloodiest act of the whole war.

The Saintly Nurse Executed for Being a Spy

“Nothing but physical impossibility, lack of space and money would make me close my doors to Allied refugees.”

– Edith Cavell

Edith Cavell was a nurse, humanitarian and spy. During the First World War, she helped allied servicemen escape German occupied Belgium; she was eventually captured and executed for treason. Her death by firing squad made her internationally known and she became an iconic symbol for the Allied cause.

In particular, she is remembered for her courage in facing execution with equanimity. This included her famous last words that ‘Patriotism is not enough.’

The incident and disgust at her treatment by Germany, played an important role in shaping American public opinion and easing America’s entry into the war, later in 1917.

Edith Louisa Cavell was born on 4 December 1865 in the vicarage at Swardeston, a village located approximately 5 miles south of Norwich, Norfolk. She was the eldest of 4 children, their Father being the local vicar. All his children were taught the principles which their Father held dear: thought for others, self-sacrifice and prayer. Edith was taught by her Father at home, as he was unable to afford either a Governess or a private tutor.

During her teenage years, Edith went to a school called Laurel Court, operated by a Miss Margaret Gibson. During her time at the school, Edith became so proficient in French, that Miss Gibson recommended Edith to the Francois family in Brussels, as a governess to their family. Edith enjoyed her new position, but she felt that as the children were now grown up she required a greater challenge.

Although Hitler was a Chancellor, he didn’t have as much power. The Communist party was still a threat. Then a key event happened. The Reichstag – German Parliament – was burned a few months after Hitler came to the power and the blame was assigned to the Communists. Following the burning, President Hindenburg clamped down the Communists and repressive measures were taken on all other political parties.

How Adolf Hitler Came to Power

The story of why Hitler came to power is about the reasons why the German people lost their senses and allowed a vicious madman to come to power. Hitler was a brilliant speaker, and his eyes had a peculiar power over people.   He was a good organiser and politician. He was a driven, unstable man, who believed that he had been called by God to become dictator of Germany and rule the world. This kept him going when other people might have given up. His self-belief persuaded people to believe in him.

Hitler’s rise to power was based upon long-term factors – resentment in the German people, the weakness of the Weimar system – which he exploited through propaganda (paid for by his rich, Communist-fearing backers), the terror of his stormtroopers, and the brilliance of his speeches.

During the ‘roaring twenties’ Germans ignored this vicious little man with his programme of hatred.   But when the Great Depression ruined their lives, they voted for him in increasing numbers.   Needing support, and thinking he could control Hitler, President Hindenburg made the mistake in January 1933 of giving Hitler the post of Chancellor.

Seen above being presented with an invitation to the New York Press Photographer’s Ball, New York City, April 23, 1959.

‘The Horse’

The man who spent his life railing against the excesses of capitalism lived like a King — and a very debauched one at that…

He portrayed himself as a man of the people who shunned the trappings of wealth. But in reality Fidel Castro, the longtime communist leader of Cuba, lived a life of pampered luxury and had a fortune of hundreds of millions.

Away from the prying eyes of his people who suffered poverty and hardship after he seized power in a communist coup 55 years ago, Castro lived like a king.

While many around the world spoke highly of Castro’s success in greatly reducing illiteracy and proving basic services like health care, many have long been critical of his reign and his enablers in the West. Whatever success he achieved, he did so through a brutal dictatorship that denied freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and other basic civil liberties.

Lenin is said to have called them ‘useful idiots’ – the Western Left-wingers who lavished praise on Communist regimes while turning a blind eye to the misery they caused. They have been out in force the last few days, heaping adulation on the Marxist dictator Fidel Castro.

According to Jeremy Corbyn, the serial killer who led Cuba’s police state for five decades was: ‘A massive figure in the history of the whole planet… He will be remembered both as an internationalist and a champion of social justice.’

Castro is another hypocrite, communist crook! he apparently hated capitalism but created a net worth, $900 million, according to Forbes. His propaganda he lived on $20 a month and his only luxury were his Cuban cigars. Now we found out the crook had 20 luxury homes, a yacht, and a private island – so much for hating capitalism.

NZ Advertising Watchdog says maps are just opinion

Map-Lies-ASA-Israel-Palestine

The New Zealand Advertising Standards Authority  appears to have incredibly low standards as they are defending blatant propaganda that is not factual. Unbelievably the New Zealand Advertising Standards Authority appeals board has reaffirmed its original ruling that maps are just opinion.

Pimping the Peonage part three

Peonage is another word for servitude and subjugation. We have always had a Pimping the Poor series and this is part three of my Pimping the Peonage series given the number of articles promoting the Muslim culture subjugating women in our New Zealand media.

Call off the pitchforks and the flaming torches; a small group of women from a barbaric cult have done something nice.

Using the media to soft-soap the image of a gang or cult is not new. When I lived in Kawerau the Mongrel mob was the main gang there. I saw them out in public every single day, wearing their gang insignia and intimidating everyone they saw with their dirty and menacing appearance.

Desperation: Saipan civilians commit suicide rather than surrendering to American troops.

Suicide Cliff

The Battle of the Island of Saipan is most remembered as an amazing show of US military defiance, but there was another act of defiance which took place during that bloody battle: Mass Suicide.

Fearing the US troops would torture and murder them—mainly due to propaganda laid out by the Japanese Imperial Army—the citizens of Saipan walked into the sea, or jumped off the cliffs and drowned themselves. The most notorious scene of the mass suicide was Marpi Point, a steep 250-meter (800 ft) precipice where American soldiers witnessed entire families fling themselves into the waves. First the older children pushed the younger children over the edge, then the mothers would push the eldest children, and finally the fathers would push their wives, before jumping over the edge themselves. Thousands of civilians died this way.

The Imperial Army drove residents from shelters, took their food, prohibited them from surrendering, tortured, and slaughtered them on grounds of suspected spying. They forced people into “mutual killing” among close relatives, and left the sick and handicapped on the battlefield.

OMG! Childen died in Syria (or did they?)

ReutersSyria1200

Reuters

One of the problems with automated news services like AP, AFP and Reuters is that it just takes one photo and non-substantiated text in one unattributed article and it’s around the world on every damn news site and a lot of newspapers and TV channels.   This particular photo even made it here, but I intend to not react viscerally; I intend to dissect it.

First, credit where it is due, the caption on the photo above admits the child being carried is alive.

Bombs dropped by suspected Russian warplanes have killed at least 12 Syrian school children in a rebel-held town in Aleppo province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.

Suspected,  and “at least 12” school children.  Seriously?  How hard is it to count up to 12?  And who are the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights?

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (also known as SOHR; Arabic: المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان‎) founded in May 2006 is an information office documenting human rights abuses in the Syrian Civil War. The SOHR is frequently quoted by major news media since the beginning of the uprising, such as Voice of America, Reuters,BBC, CNN and National Public Radio, about daily numbers of ISIL/ISIS fighters and civilians killed in airstrikes in Syria.

The United Kingdom-based SOHR is run out of a two-bedroom terraced home in Coventry by Rami Abdulrahman, a Syrian Sunni Muslim who also runs a clothes shop.

Islamic State propaganda is getting media attention

I thought we had agreed not to give it attention?

A newly released propaganda video by Islamic State (IS) features a young boy with a British accent apparently making threats to kill non-Muslims.

It’s the latest in a string of violent videos aimed at the West, and also used as a recruiting tool.

The video also features five men on their knees, with hands tied behind their backs, waiting to be executed.

Believed to be Syrian, they’re accused by IS of being British spies.

The man presenting the unverified video speaks English with a British accent and he has a message for the country’s Prime Minister, David Cameron.

He mocks Mr Cameron, calling him an “imbecile”, a “slave of the White House”, and a “mule of the Jews”. Read more »
